At DR. SCRUBS, many of our products are made-to-order. For this reason, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

By placing an order with DR. SCRUBS, you agree to the terms below.

Payment

We currently accept manual bank transfer / bank deposit only.
Orders are processed after payment verification via WhatsApp.

No Return / No Refund

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Size issues

• Color preference

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

Customers are advised to check the size guide carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom stitched scrubs

• Personalized measurements

• Name or logo embroidery

• Made-to-order items

• Discounted or promotional items

If We Make a Mistake

If DR. SCRUBS sends the wrong item, incorrect stitching, or a defective product, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
