By accessing our website or placing an order with DR. SCRUBS, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payment

We currently accept manual bank transfer / bank deposit only.
Orders are processed after payment verification via WhatsApp.
DR. SCRUBS reserves the right to cancel any unverified order.

Customers must ensure that size, color, and customization details are correct before payment.

2. Product Information

We strive to display product details accurately. However, slight variations in color, stitching, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handmade production processes. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Customers should review the size guide carefully before placing an order.

3. Returns & Refunds

DR. SCRUBS follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Because many items are custom stitched or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

4. Correction for Our Errors

If we deliver the wrong item, incorrect stitching, or a defective product, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, and designs, belongs to DR. SCRUBS and may not be used without permission.

6. Changes to Terms

DR. SCRUBS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
