At DR. SCRUBS, many of our scrubs are made-to-order, therefore processing and delivery may take some time. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

To confirm your order:

Standard Size Orders (COD):
A Rs. 1000 advance shipping fee per article is required via EasyPaisa or Bank Transfer. This amount will be deducted from your final bill at delivery.

Custom Fit / Embroidery Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of these products, 100% advance payment is required before stitching begins.

Orders are processed only after payment receipt is shared via WhatsApp.

2. Processing Time

• Standard Orders: 3–7 working days

• Custom / Embroidered Orders: 7–14 working days

Processing time starts after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on the city.

⚠️ Important: Due to Eid holidays and courier backlog, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during this period.
